What to Expect Here

We Keep Everyone Safe—Starting With You

Every guest who books with us goes through identity verification and a criminal database check with SafelyStay, Inc. It's not about suspicion—it's about creating a community where everyone belongs and feels secure. You'll likely receive an email from Concierge@Safely.com to complete your screening. Check your spam folder just in case, and if you have questions, reach out to SafelyStay directly at Concierge@Safely.com or visit www.Safely.com. For the full details on how your information is handled, see SafelyStay's complete terms at www.safely.com/terms.

How Your Stay Works

The essentials, clearly laid out. So you can focus on what matters—settling in and relaxing.

  • Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10 or 11 AM

  • Occupancy limits enforced for guest safety

  • Cancellation policy per your booking agreement

What We Ask of You

A few things keep our homes feeling like homes. No smoking, vaping, or pipes anywhere inside or near open windows and doors—the air stays clean for the next guests, and for you. Pets are welcome at select properties only, with advance permission and payment; dogs are allowed where approved, but cats aren't permitted in any home. Violations of these policies carry fines up to $2,500. Whether you're staying two days or six months, we've got flexibility—stays longer than three months do require a long-term rental agreement, background check, credit check, and additional deposit, but we work with you to make it happen.

What We Ask of Our Guests

We keep our homes beautiful and safe for everyone who stays here — and that starts with you. You'll need to be at least 21 with a valid driver's license or passport to book. Everyone staying in the home counts as a guest, so let us know upfront if friends or family are joining you. If you're thinking of hosting a gathering, ask first — we'll let you know if it's possible for your property. And if noise complaints bring the police to the door, we'll ask you to leave without refund. It's not about being strict; it's about respecting the homes and the neighborhoods they're in.

Leaving the Home in Good Hands

Your last morning sets the tone for the next guest's arrival. We ask that you leave the home exactly as you found it—lights off, appliances powered down, kitchen cleaned, and all doors and windows locked. Place dirty linens on the bathroom and bedroom floors, vacuum up any spills or sand, and remove any trash or food you've brought in. It's a simple checklist that keeps our homes ready to welcome the next family. If the home isn't left in good condition, we do charge a $250 deep cleaning fee for unauthorized parties, excessive dirt, or unauthorized pets, and $1,500 for furniture and flooring steam cleaning if smoking has occurred. These fees exist to protect the home and the experience of everyone who stays here.
