Not Covered
- Force majeure, weather events, normal wear and tear
- Formal events or commercial use
- Uninsured periods between bookings
- Recreational equipment (ATVs, golf carts, bikes, kayaks)
- Pets and pet-related incidents
- Bed bugs, viruses, bacteria
- Damage between guests or to neighboring properties

- Up to $200: money, coins, bullion, medals
- Up to $2,500: jewelry, watches, artwork, firearms, securities, watercraft, silver and gold
